Story Overview:
Years after the catastrophic events in Chicago, Davis Okoye (Dwayne Johnson) has built a sanctuary for genetically altered animals. Peace returns — until a mysterious biotech organization unleashes a new strain of DNA mutagen into the wild, mutating creatures across the globe.

When enormous, uncontrollable monsters begin wreaking havoc in cities worldwide, George — the intelligent albino gorilla — must once again join Davis in a desperate fight for survival. But this time, George isn’t the only mutation humanity can rely on.

To stop extinction, Davis teams up with a new scientist, Dr. Eliza Tran, who reveals that the mutagen’s source is extraterrestrial — and its true purpose is to prepare Earth for invasion. Now, the fate of the planet rests on the bond between man and beast.
